Many agents feel that a combination of listing your home on the MLS system, holding an open house, and running a newspaper advertisement is sufficient. I am committed to proactively search for buyers, establish a marketing plan that will bring buyer’s to your property, be available for all showings per request, get offers and then achieving the highest dollar for your home. My goal is to find the right buyer for your property, a buyer that will complete the transaction with the best possible terms for you.

On a continuing basis, you will receive updates on the market conditions and our position vis-à-vis the competition. We will regroup monthly to discuss our marketing plan. Marketing plan

Everything I do is up front and in writing. Here are the activities I WILL perform, so that you can obtain the highest possible price for your home:

1. Prepare a full analysis to establish the fair market value of your home, present you with several pricing strategies and help you choose the best marketing plan for your needs

2. Provide you with a one-hour consultation with a specialist on how to best prepare your home for sale

3. Schedule a photo shoot - to show your property in it’s best light, We will re-shoot until you are satisfied with the pictures.

4. Schedule a virtual tour after evaluating together on the added value of the tour

5. Add your home to the Multiple Listing Service MLSPIN & LINK Online and then notify all potential buyers of your listing

6. Advertise your home 24 hours a day on differents web sites

7. Place a distinctive William Raveis Real Estate "For Sale" sign on your property

8. Prepare a customized feature sheet and deliver it to your home or electronically for review

9. Coordinate the ads for all printed media, Boston Globe and Boston Homes

10. Place ads on a frequent basis in the newspaper until your home is sold

11. Notify the area’s top agents of your listing and network your listing to realtors

12. Schedule a time for all agents to view your home

13. Organize a broker’s Open House with lunch

14. Send ‘Just Listed’ mailing in your neighborhood

15. Phone all of my own potential buyers with the details of your listing

16. Hold open houses, at your discretion

17. Make myself available seven days a week to keep the communication lines open with you and the other realtors/potential buyers

18. Arrange showings as needed

19. Follow-up with other realtors

20. Contact you regularly with verbal progress reports

21. Review marketing activities with you

22. Negotiate the contract to obtain highest possible price and best terms

23. Follow-up to ensure everything that should be done - is done
