My goal is to serve as a trusted advisor to my clients and help guide them through the process of buying and selling real estate. I help my clients understand relevant market trends, establish reasonable expectations, develop an action plan and secure a transaction that proves personally and financially rewarding. Throughout the process, I act as an aggressive advocate of my clients’ interests, and I have a proven track record of negotiating effectively with counter-parties and coordinating transaction details with attorneys and creditors.

What is most important for me is to make my clients’ real estate transaction such a good experience that they will not only become clients for life, but will also refer my services to their friends, family, coworkers and neighbors.

I am a member of national, Massachusetts and Greater-Boston associations of Realtors so I conduct my business practice under a strict Code of Ethics. I am also a member of the Certified Residential Specialist Association (CRS) and The Association of Accredited Buyer Specialists (REBAC).

I maintain strong relationships throughout the brokerage community, including fellow realtors and specialists supporting the industry (e.g., attorneys, mortgage lenders and brokers). These relationships pave the way for smooth, respectful and understanding negotiations that result in greater value and less hassle for my clients.
